Employee Structure and Distribution
In 2023, there were 11,247 employees worldwide, of which 7,085 were female (62.99%) and 4,162 were male (37.01%). The number of permanent employees was 11,071, including 24 with fixed-term contracts. The number of contingent employees was 176, including 88 trainees and 88 inflight trainees. Meanwhile, a majority of employees were between 30 to 50 years old (66.80%). The hiring of employees at all operating locations worldwide complies with the local regulation of labor. No child labor was hired and no employees were forced or ordered to work.
