Sustainability Performance

S&P Global ESG Score Top 1%

EVA Air continued to participate in the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) and was selected as a constituent of the 2026 Dow Jones Best-in-Class Emerging Markets Index. We were also included in The Sustainability Yearbook for the fifth consecutive year and ranked among the top 5% of companies in the global airline industry in 2026. In addition, EVA Air was included in both the FTSE4Good Index Series and the FTSE4Good TIP Taiwan ESG Index.

Corporate Sustainability Award

At the 2025 Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards (TCSA), EVA Air received the Taiwan Top 100 Sustainable Enterprises Award in the Sustainability Comprehensive Performance category. We also received the Platinum Award in the Sustainability Report Award – Transportation Industry category for the eleventh time, as well as four individual sustainability performance awards: the Innovation Growth Leadership Award, Sustainable Supply Chain Leadership Award, Climate Leadership Award, and Social Inclusion Leadership Award.

Supply chain management

EVA Air formulated the Supplier Code of Conduct with reference to the spirit of human rights, environment and anti-corruption in relevant international initiatives and requirements. In 2025, the SCoC communication rate of tier 1 suppliers and critical tier 1 suppliers reached 100%.

Net Zero Carbon Emissions by 2050

EVA Air shows its determination to achieve "Net-Zero Carbon Emissions by 2050" and has launched various fuel conservation plans based on our four main focus to implement IATA's carbon reduction strategy. In 2025, EVA Air reduced 45,317 tons of CO2e emissions.

Green procurement

Adhering to the 5Rs principle, EVA Air fully purchases FSC or PEFC certified paper for on-board paper towels, boarding passes, and office paper. In 2025, the amount of green procurement is more than TWD 136.2 million.

Social welfare

In 2025, we continued to invest cash, materials, volunteers, airfare vouchers and other resources into four major areas of the public good: safety foundation, tourism revitalization, sports and arts, and social welfare, with a total investment of TWD 254 million.

Safety Culture

Not only does EVA Air devoted in flight safety education, but also establishes the Safety Gallery to promote our safety philosophy. There were 1,204 people visiting Safety Gallery in 2025. With our own resources and expertise, we contribute to the improvement of aviation safety.

Let Me Fly with You Project

In support of the UN SDGs and their emphasis on children’s rights to survival and development, EVA Air launched the “Let Me Fly with You” Children’s Charity Dream Project. In 2025, EVA Air partnered with the Syin-Lu Social Welfare Foundation and the Eden Social Welfare Foundation to produce a documentary about children with developmental delays. EVA Air also donated cars and scooters to support their transportation needs and raised nearly NT$4 million through internal and public fundraising campaigns.
