EVA Air participated in the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment, and won third place among the rated airlines in 2023. The Company was also awarded the "ESG Score Top 5%" by the Sustainability Yearbook 2024.

EVA Air was awarded the Taiwan Top 100 Sustainable Enterprises Award, the Corporate Sustainability Report for 9 consecutive years, the Growth through Innovation, the Sustainable Supply Chain Leadership, Climate Leadership and the Creative Communication at the 2023 TCSA.

EVA Air formulated the Supplier Code of Conduct with reference to the spirit of human rights, environment and anti-corruption in relevant international initiatives and requirements. In 2023, the SCoC signing rate of tier 1 suppliers and critical tier 1 suppliers reached 100%.

EVA Air shows its determination to achieve "Net-Zero Carbon Emissions by 2050" and has launched various fuel conservation plans based on our four main focus to implement IATA's carbon reduction strategy. In 2023, EVA Air reduced 41,787 tons of CO2e emissions.

Adhering to the 5Rs principle, EVA Air fully purchases FSC-certified paper for on-board paper towels, boarding passes, and office paper. In 2023, the amount of green procurement is more than TWD 84 million.

EVA Air works with the Chang Yung-Fa Foundation continuously. We donated cash, goods and volunteer manpower, with an amount of more than TWD 19 million charitable donation in 2023.

Not only does EVA Air devoted in flight safety education, but also establishes the Safety Gallery to promote our safety philosophy. There were 1,139 persons visiting Safety Gallery in 2023. With our own resources and expertise, we contribute to the improvement of aviation safety.

The "Let Me Fly with You" Children's Charity Dream Project collaborated with the Taiwan Fund for Children and Families (TFCF) to produce a documentary for developmentally delayed children. In 2023, a total of 390 employees contributed manpower and funds.
