EVA Air cooperates with world-renowned brands. The intention of every design and plan is to innovate and to strive for perfection through the characteristics of both parties, bringing passengers a better flight experience.
Maison Kitsuné Kit
New kits were introduced for Royal Laurel Class passengers in collaboration with Maison Kitsuné. Two exclusive designs combine premium aesthetics with practical functionality and include Maison Kitsuné-branded skincare products and travel accessories, along with a detachable shoulder strap for added convenience. Each kit also comes with a compact foldable shopping bag and a cable organizer. In addition, the onboard dental kit was upgraded to feature toothpaste from Italian luxury oral care brand MARVIS, further enhancing the premium travel.
Maison Kitsuné Pajamas
New pajamas developed in collaboration with Maison Kitsuné feature the brand’s signature design elements and are made from 50% recycled PET (rPET) material. Available in three sizes, the collection enhances passenger comfort while reflecting a commitment to sustainable materials. Different color combinations of pajamas and slippers are provided on inbound and outbound flights, further enriching the premium onboard experience.
HUNTER Premium Economy Kit
EVA Air became HUNTER’s first airline partner, introducing an exclusive co-branded amenity kit for Premium Economy Class passengers on long-haul routes. Available in olive green and oat brown, the kit combines contemporary design with practical functionality and includes HUNTER-branded lotion and lip balm to enhance passenger comfort during long-haul travel.
In-flight Catering Management and Service
EVA Air’s airline catering food safety management complies with the hygiene standards assessment form for airline catering set by IFSA, as well as HACCP regulations. We maintain high standards at every stage, from food supplier management, to staff hygiene, educational training, pest control, cleanliness, environmental hygiene, and more. This ensures that our in-flight meals meet the most stringent standards, all the way from the source ingredients, to transportation, storage, cooking, and finally serving.
In 2025, EVA Air continued to enhance its onboard dining experience through collaborations with renowned restaurants, chefs, and culinary brands. Highlights included wagyu dishes from Kanpai Classic, Bellota Iberian pork dumplings, and exclusive menus created by Michelin-starred chef Wen-Kuang Hsu, Japanese master chef Motokazu Nakamura, and culinary master Ching-Piao Huang. Champion baker Peng-Chieh Wang also provided premium bakery selections. In addition, passengers traveling in Royal Laurel Class,Premium Laurel Class, and Business Class may pre-select meals online from 21 days up to 24 hours before departure, offering greater choice and convenience.

To bring passengers a better flight experience, EVA Air regularly updates in-flight meals with fresh seasonal and local ingredients and collaborate with world-renowned chefs. In combination with all types of alcohol and beverages, our in-flight meals will make passengers feel at home during their journey.
A Celebrity Chef in the Sky
In 2025, onboard dining highlighted premium ingredients and culinary craftsmanship. Royal Laurel Class featured refined selections such as sous-vide king salmon with caviar and East-meets-West creations including lobster with salted egg yolk and wontons. Long-haul routes also offered specialty items such as soft-shell crab burgers and curated cheese platters. Premium Economy Class introduced upgraded dishes, including seared beef steak with foie gras mousse, while Economy Class showcased Taiwanese favorites such as Three-Cup Chicken with scallion rice and cordyceps shrimp congee, bringing authentic local flavors onboard.
On selected Southeast Asia routes, passengers were offered fruit popsicles in watermelon and mango flavors through a collaboration with Taiwanese brand Chun Yi Zhi, featuring locally sourced fruit from Hualien.
